When you request service — through the form on our contact page, by email, or in person — you provide details such as your name, phone number, email address, service address or neighborhood, and a description of your garage door issue, sometimes including photos. Our website's request form works by opening a pre-filled email in your own mail app; the form itself does not store your entries on our servers.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring pages. We use this data in aggregate to keep the Site working and understand how it is used.
We use your information to respond to service requests, schedule and perform work, prepare estimates and invoices, honor warranties, communicate with you about your job, improve our services and website, and meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations.
