Why we started
Garage door service has a reputation problem: mystery pricing, scare tactics, and "techs" who show up mainly to sell you a new door. We started Katy Garage Door to be the opposite — a company you'd recommend to your own parents.
That means a written quote before any work begins, techs who explain what they're seeing in plain English, and repairs we stand behind in writing. It means answering at 2 AM when your door is stuck open, because that's when it matters.
We live here too — our trucks run the same streets in Katy, Cinco Ranch, and Fulshear that you do. When your door moves like it should, quietly and safely, that's the whole job.
